Living rock

It’s the valley where I grew up and where I learned to love nature. When I was a child, my grandfather would lend me an analog Nikon, and, with great patience, he would have the film rolls developed—rolls that I filled with photographs of ibex and chamois.

Today I return to the same places with different equipment, but with the same passion. I face significant elevation gains, long waits, and often difficult conditions to observe what, for me, continues to represent one of the most complete expressions of the word “beauty.”

This project stems from a long-standing connection that continues, season after season, across the same slopes and among the same wildlife.
